PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition, which is excellent in profile extrusion molding processability and, at the same time, is excellent in flexibility, rubber elasticity, and scratch resistance, and in which an extrusion molded article has a smooth surface with few fish eyes. SOLUTION: A mass ratio of a component (a) to the total mass of components (a) and (b) is 10 to 90%, and a mass ratio of the component (b) thereto is 90 to 10%, and they are crosslinked. The component (a) is an olefin-based copolymer group: composed of two kinds or more of ethylene-α-olefin copolymers which are constructed from ethylene and one kind or more of 3-12Cα-olefins, and have a molecular weight distribution ämass-average molecular weight (Mw)/number-average molecular weight (Mn)} by GPC of less than 3.0; having a density of 0.850 to 0.900 g/cm<SP POS="POST">3</SP>; and having a molecular weight distribution ämass-average molecular weight (Mw)/number-average molecular weight (Mn)} by GPC method of 3.0 or more.
