<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for producing pure steam, and, more specifically, to an eco-friendly high efficient integrated steam filter apparatus, which completely removes condensed water and impurities from produced steam, and has a high thermal efficiency. The present invention provides a steam filter apparatus, which comprises a steam entrance unit (200) and a steam discharge unit (300) in a housing (100), and a filter unit (500) and a condensed water container (600) within the housing. The steam filter apparatus is characterized by that the housing is divided into an upper housing (110) and a lower housing (120), and the lower housing has a steam induction plate (700) and a condensed water back flow prevention partition (800). Furthermore, the steam filter apparatus is characterized by that the filter unit (500) is a double micro mesh net filter type filter unit filled with an adsorbent.
