PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To read the signals at high speed.SOLUTION: An imaging device has a pixel including first and second photoelectric conversion parts, a floating diffusion part (hereinafter referred to FD part), and first and second transfer transistors for transferring the charges generated in the first and second photoelectric conversion parts, respectively, to the FD part. The imaging device has a first conductive member connected electrically with the gate electrode of the first transfer transistor, a second conductive member connected electrically with the gate electrode of the second transfer transistor, and a control part. The distance at the closest part of the first conductive member and the FD part is shorter than the distance at the closest part of the second conductive member and the FD part. |
