<p>The present invention relates to a monitoring device of a combustion chamber, and a method thereof which comprises the following steps: a step of opening a door of a carbonizing chamber when fuel inserted into the carbonizing chamber is carbonized; a step of obtaining an image of the fuel by photographing the inside of the carbonizing chamber from at least one side selected from the front side and the rear side of the carbonizing chamber; a step of outputting the image of the fuel on a display device; and a step for determining the condition of combustion inside the combustion chamber located on both sides of the carbonizing chamber by analyzing the image of the fuel. The present invention enables a user to grasp the condition of combustion inside the combustion chamber of a cokes oven, and prevent the degradation of cokes by combustion fault.
