The purpose of the present invention is to provide an LED power current control device, which can achieve a high power factor and a low THD by supplying current to LEDs with a semiconductor chip using a current distribution method, not a switching method. To achieve this, an LED power current control device is provided. The LED power current control device includes: a current control unit which controls overcurrent when overvoltage is inputted as an input voltage to control an output of a constant voltage; a rectifying unit which rectifies an alternating current voltage outputted from the current control unit to output a rectified voltage; a constant voltage output unit which is connected to an output terminal of the rectifying unit to protect the LED from overvoltage and to output a constant voltage or more; a current distribution unit which receives the rectified voltage, and distributes and outputs current according to the size of the rectified voltage; and a connector which is connected to at least one LED to supply, to the at least one LED, currents outputted from the constant voltage output unit and the current distribution unit.
