<p>Disclosed is a planetary gear train of an automatic transmission for a vehicle. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the planetary gear train of an automatic transmission for a vehicle includes: an input shaft transmitted with an engine power; an output shaft outputting a converted rotational power; a first compound planetary gear set including five rotational shafts by a combination of first and second planetary gear sets and firstly shifting the rotational power, which is transmitted through one input path and two variable input paths, to six shift stages including a rotation stop state, thereby outputting the shifted power; a second compound planetary gear set including four rotational shafts including a rotational shaft directly connected to one of the rotational shafts of the first compound planetary gear set by a combination of third and fourth planetary gear sets and transmitted with a rotational power which is transmitted from the first compound planetary gear set and from the input shaft through a variable input path to perform second shift the rotational power to an eleven-speed forward and one-speed reverse shift stage, thereby finally outputting the shifted power; eight rotational shafts made up of connecting two rotation components or one rotation component of the first and second compound planetary gear sets; and seven friction members composed of four clutches interposed between the rotational shafts or between a selected rotational shaft and the input shaft to intermit the power, and three brakes selectively connecting the rotational shaft selected from the rotational shafts to a transmission housing.</p> |
