<p>The present invention relates to a composition for preventing a skin aging and improving a skin refreshing, and more specifically, to a fermented ginseng extract containing a lipid component like a phytospingosine and a ceramide obtained by fermenting a ginseng with a yeast Pichia ciferrii, which has an antioxidant activity by a free radical scavenging ability, to have an effect of preventing a skin aging, and has a skin fibroblast activity to increase a water retention of a skin and decrease a water evaporation, therefore, the fermented ginseng extract of the present invention is used for the composition for preventing a skin aging and improving a skin refreshing.</p> |
