摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate variation of the phase of a flaw signal resulting from the shape of a flaw, etc. to correct the phase of an actual flaw in an eddy current flaw detection method for comparing data on depth of an artificial flaw, the phase of the flaw signal with the phase of the actual flaw to estimate the depth of the actual flaw. <P>SOLUTION: In Figure 1(a), the data (graph a) on the depth and the phase of the flaw of the flaw signal is acquired, which is obtained by performing flaw detection of an object for inspection of the artificial flaw by a test frequency by which saturated depth becomes shallower than that of the actual flaw for correction to be used as a reference. Next, the flaw detection is performed to the object for inspection of the actual flaw for correction by the same test frequency to acquire the phase PT of the flaw signal of the actual flaw for correction. Phase difference between saturated phase PSs in saturated depth DSs and the phase PT of the actual flaw for correction is used for calculating a corrected value of the phase of the flaw signal to be generated resulting from the shape of the flaw, etc. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p>
