The present invention relates to an LED module having all-in-one heat collecting unit and heat radiation unit. A plurality of cooling pins is integrally protruding from the upper surface and/or lower surface of a radiation plate. A plurality of mounting units is installed for chip on board (COB) type LED chips to be mounted on the one side of the radiation plate. To collect heat generated from the LED chips while the COB type LED chips are connected, a heat collecting block is fixated on the mounting unit. At the upper part of the heat collecting block, a light distribution lens is fixated to protect the LED chips. The LED module wherein the heat collecting unit and heat radiation unit are integral can be applied to various types of street lamp heads.
