PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnet device and an electromagnetic relay, which are able to hinder occurrence of operation sound.SOLUTION: An electromagnet device 10 comprises: an electromagnetic coil 1 having a coil 12 and a yoke 11 provided with a pair of ends 11a, 11b arranged opposite each other; a movable iron core 2, which is movable between the pair of ends 11a, 11b; and a nest 3 magnetically coupled to the movable iron core 2. The nest 3 is magnetically coupled to the one end 11a and to the yoke 11 via a space 10b. The shortest distance G1 of the gap between the main magnetic path formation part end 3d of the nest 3 and the one end 11a is equal to or greater than the longest distance G2 of the gap between the movable iron core 2 and the nest 3, and equal to or less than the sum of the longest distance G2 of the gap and the distance ST between the movable iron core 2 and the one end 11a. |
