An objective of the present invention is to provide a food packaging material. According to the present invention, silicone is applied, instead of wax or a synthetic resin as in the related art, to an inner surface of the packaging material for release property improvement and excellent packaging machine suitability. The food packaging material according to the present invention, in which an aluminum layer and a paper layer are laminated, includes a primer layer that is applied to an inner surface of the paper layer so as to prevent silicone liquid infiltration in the paper; and a silicon layer that is applied onto the primer layer so as to prevent attachment between contents and the paper. |
