<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method which provides a carbon fiber resin composite material molding having little variation in mechanical characteristics and good appearance, while maintaining excellent mechanical properties such as flexural strength and elastic modulus applicable to structural materials.SOLUTION: Provided is a production method of a carbon fiber resin composite material molding comprising a molding step of stamp molding a carbon fiber resin composite material or a laminate thereof comprising a carbon fiber and an acid-modified polyolefin resin composition. The acid-modified polyolefin resin composition satisfies all of the following conditions (A) to (C): (A) the acid-modified polyolefin resin composition after removal of acetone-soluble components shows an infrared absorption spectral intensity ratio, represented by the following formula (1), of 0.1 to 1.2; (B) regarding the infrared absorption spectral intensity ratio represented by the formula (1), a rate of retention of the infrared absorption spectral intensity ratio, obtained by dividing the value before removal of the acetone-soluble components by a value before the removal of the acetone-soluble components, is 0.7 to 1.0; and (C) a fluidity index, MFR, of the resin measured in accordance with ASTM D-1238 with a load of 2.16 kg and at 230°C is 10-200 g/10 min.</p> |
