<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alkali-soluble silicone resin excellent in weatherability, light resistance and heat resistance, and usable in a photosensitive resin composition enabling fine pattern formation. <P>SOLUTION: The alkali-soluble resin represented by formula (1) and having in one molecule carboxylic acid residue and polymerizable unsaturated group, is provided. In formula (1), R<SB>1</SB>is 1-10C hydrocarbon group and R<SB>2</SB>is 1-20C hydrocarbon group, wherein these hydrocarbon groups optionally contain ethereal oxygen atom(s) therein; X is bivalent substituent optionally containing heteroatom(s) therein; Y is such substituent that group(s) containing polymerizable double bond and carboxy group is(are) bound to isocyanuric ring skeleton; Z is H or such substituent that group(s) containing polymerizable double bond and carboxyl group is(are) bound to isocyanuric ring skeleton; and m, n and p are each independently the number of 0-100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
