<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaping slurry capable of suppressing the scattering of granules at shaping using the granules, and a shaping method using the shaping slurry. <P>SOLUTION: The shaping slurry for forming a shaped article from the granules is prepared by mixing water being an aqueous solvent, resin granules being hydrophobic granules constituting the shaped article, polyvinyl alcohol being an amphiphilic solid polymer constituting the shaped article and dissolved in the solvent and containing a hydrocarbon chain being a main chain and a hydroxyl group being a side chain and a defoaming agent suppressing the foaming of the aqueous solvent. As the defoaming agent in these constituent materials, a nonionic defoaming agent of which the HBL value is lower than that of polyvinyl alcohol is preferable. Further, by selecting a fluorine-containing defoaming agent, liquid repellency can be imparted to the shaping slurry. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
