The composition represents a mixture of polymer microparticles having a size of 1 to 100 mcm and consisting of a composite of a biodegradable and biocompatible polymer of poly-3-oxybutyrate or poly-3-oxybutyrate-with-3-oxyvalerate; an active drug substance having a water-solubility of less than 20 mcg/ml, particularly ivermectin; and an additive substance specified in phospholipids and/or polyethylene glycols, and/or poloxamers.
