The present invention relates to a measuring unit for measuring muscular power, a measuring method and a lower body exercise apparatus including the muscular power measuring unit and, more specifically, provides a muscular power measuring unit and method and a lower body exercise apparatus including the same, wherein the muscular power measuring unit comprises a slide board on which the foot of a user is put; a sensor part installed at one end of the slide board and touching the foot to measure force pushed by the foot; and a storage and output part receiving an electrical signal detected by the sensor part and storing or outputting exercise information generated based on the received electrical signal and time. The present invention can precisely measure a balance of the lower body of the user, provide customized exercise prescription to regularly develop the lower body, and improve records and prevent injuries for players via the balance of the lower body.
