The present invention relates to a device for reproducing a waste SCR waste catalyst by simultaneously performing aeration and vertical oscillation. To this end, the device of the present invention comprises: a reproducing tank which contains a reproducing solution for reproducing a waste SCR waste catalyst; a module which is mounted on the inner bottom surface of the waste SCR catalyst in the reproducing tank so as to perform oscillation; an air diffuser which is installed on the bottom of the reproducing tank and upwardly generates bubbles; and a hoist unit which is connected to the top of the module and performs up and down oscillation on the module.
