PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating liner which is excellent in white paper face feeling and ink color development, a corrugated cardboard sheet using the coating liner and a method producing a coating linear.SOLUTION: A coating liner has a coating layer on the front surface of liner base paper including two or more paper layers including an outermost front layer, and the coating layer has a multilayer structure including at least a first coating layer and a second coating layer formed on the first coating layer. The first coating layer is formed by a curtain coating system or an air knife coating system, and the first coating layer contains titanium oxide as a pigment.
