Disclosed are a method of manufacturing a bolt and a molt structure used therein. The present invention includes a material insertion hole into to which a metallic material is inserted; and a head portion support provided at an upper portion of the material insertion hole and forming a hexagonal molding frame to form a hexagonal head portion at an upper portion of a metallic material when the upper portion of the metallic material inserted into the material insertion hole is pressed. According to the present invention, a scrap is not occurred at a lower end of the hexagonal head portion, and the external diameter of a lower end of the hexagonal head portion is not increased, thereby providing the method of manufacturing the bolt and the mold structure used therein in which the costs for post processing, such as cutting a scrap and processing an external diameter, is not generated. Also, according to the present invention, product completion in terms of forming a hexagonal head portion is improved. |
