PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for dealing with cell outage.SOLUTION: A method for dealing with cell outage includes a step for receiving an energy saving start message, transmitted by a second base station, in a first base station upon occurrence of cell outage in a second cell, when the energy saving start message is used for disabling the energy saving function, a step for making a first cell transit from an energy saving state to normal state by the first base station according to the energy saving start message, or a step for maintaining a third cell in normal state until ascertaining the fact that cell outage of the second cell has been resolved. |
