PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool holding device of a machine tool which prevents wear of each part of the tool holding device as much as possible and reduces the number of components forming the tool holding device.SOLUTION: A tool holding device of a machine tool comprises: a holding member body; a pair of arm members having roller members, each of which is located at a tip and engages with a holding groove of a tool holder. The holding member body is integrally formed with the pair of arm members with elastic deformation members disposed therebetween, and the tool holder is held by the holding member body and the arm members. The structure prevents wear of the tool holding device as much as possible, eliminates the need of separately providing a member biasing the arm members for holding the tool holder, and reduces the number of components forming the tool holding device. |
