<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promptly allocate an uplink individual resource in carrier aggregation between sites or base stations.SOLUTION: A base station includes a transmission/reception unit for communicating with a user device using a radio resource, and a resource management unit for managing the radio resource. The resource management unit includes a resource allocation information storage unit for storing the radio resource allocated to the user device by a non-anchor base station in the carrier aggregation between base stations, and the resource management unit autonomously allocates a radio resource indicated in the resource allocation information to the user device.</p> |
