The present invention relates to a flatfish liquid fertilizer and a method for producing the same. The method for producing a flatfish liquid fertilizer according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a collecting step of collecting dead flatfish or flatfish which do not have commercial value; a pulverizing step of obtaining flatfish sludge by pulverizing the collected flatfish to become sludge; a mixture agitating and transferring step of mixing and agitating the flatfish sludge with syrup and a fermenting agent including lactic acid bacteria and yeasts in order to be transferred to a storing tank; a statically culturing step of statically culturing the transferred mixture in the storing tank; and a secondly fermenting step of secondly fermenting the statically fermented mixture at room temperature for 4 to 7 months. The flatfish liquid fertilizer according to the present invention is manufactured at low costs, and can provide high quality amino acid. |
