PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication control device capable of securing improvement in processing performance or extendibility by making it unnecessary to perform data synchronization processing by an application unit. ! SOLUTION: A communication control device comprises an active system and a standby system including a plurality of applications (A11 to A13, S11 to S13) each of which executes communication processing, and controls a telephone call and communication network connection. The active system and standby system of the communication control device respectively include: CLI(Command Line Interfaces)(A14, S14) for data-setting setting data from a user to the applications; and DBMS(DataBase Management Systems)(A15, S15) for performing data setting to a plurality of applications by data change notification, and data synchronization from the active system to the standby system is executed by the replication function of the DBMS(A15) of the active system. !
