The present invention relates to a frame transmission method performed by a transmission station in a wireless RAN system and an apparatus thereof. The frame transmission method according to the present invention comprises: generating a MPDU (MAC protocol data unit) to be transmitted to a target station; generating a PPDU by attaching a PLCP (physical layer convergence procedure) header to the MPDU; and transmitting the PPDU to the target station, wherein the PLCP header includes a partial AID (association ID) of the target station.
