Disclosed are an apparatus for UV coating and testing a hard disk plate. Provided is the apparatus for UV coating and testing the hard disk plate which includes a plurality of transfer devices (10:10a,10b) which input and output a hard disk plate (2); a shuttle device (30) which raises the hard disk plate (2) from the transfer devices (10:10a) and transfers the hard disk plate (2) to a processing chamber by moving in parallel; a UV coating machine (30) which includes a nozzle part (34) to uniformly spray a constant amount of UV coating solutions on the surface of the hard disk plate (2) and a linear guide (32) which vertically and horizontally moves the nozzle part (34) in a preset section; and a sensor (40) which is separated from the nozzle part (34) with a preset distance and determines abnormality by measuring the stack height of the UV coating solutions sprayed on the hard disk plate (2) and comparing the stack height with a preset value. |
