PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for continuously frying foods transported with a conveyor, in a shortened frying time.SOLUTION: Foods to be fried are housed in a retainer body. The top thereof is covered with a lid, and frying is initiated. Prior to the completion of frying in a predetermined time, the lid is being separated from the retainer body in a state to be immersed in frying oil, while the frying object is retained in a state not to be disengaged from the retainer body simply with the use of a rod-like material or the like, for the completion of frying. |
