<p>The present invention provides a cDNA sequence watermarking method applied to the DWT frequency domain with mutation resistance, which comprises the step of: integer transforming a non-codon code sequence (Ci) by an amino acid histogram ranking table; inserting a watermark to L (low) and H (high) bands among DWT conversion coefficients of the non-codon code sequence; finding an appropriate same ranking codon sequence to insert the watermark among the DWT conversion coefficient groups in which a codon sequence is same with that of the non-codon in order to prevent a mutation of an amino acid caused by a watermarked DWT coefficient; and substituting the found same ranking codon sequence to the non-codon sequence.</p> |
