PURPOSE: A tire bead insulation rubber composition has outstanding physical property enduring the load of a vehicle by improving hardness and excellent heat resistance to endure heat generated in rubbing with the rim without degradation of adhesive power. CONSTITUTION: A tire bead insulation rubber composition comprises a crude rubber of 100.0 parts by weight, lacquer component of 1-40 parts by weight and alkylphenol resin adhesive of 2-5 parts by weight. The lacquer constituent and alkylphenol resin adhesive are included to the weight ratio of 5-25 : 3. The lacquer constituent comprises urushiol of 55-65 weight%, water of 25-30 weight%, monosaccharide of 5-10 weight%, polysaccharide, and nitrogen materialof 3-5 weight%. The alkylphenol resin adhesive is the p- tert-butyl - phenol formaldehyde resin. |
