<p>The invention relates to a method of consultancy, with applicability for any type of organization, in order to increase the degree of adaptability of said organization. According to the invention, the method consists in that the consultancy team emulates the definition of the adaptable organization, in the context of the consulted organization, then with the help of the organization representative it establishes if all the predefined 8 factors (F1, F2, F3, F4, F5, F6, F7 and F8) have effect upon the organization, for each factor in the new list, the characteristics being analyzed in the context of implementing the adaptable organization, and for each factor the consultancy team proposes an action (A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7 and A8) which should be taken for decreasing the effect of said any factor (F1, F2, F3, F4, F5, F6, F7 and F8) detected upon the organization, said action implying a preliminary process of acceptance or refusal of the proposal, after a discussion with the organization representative, then, after reaching a consensus (Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, Q5, Q6, Q7 and Q8) concerning the acceptable actions, a list of potential solutions is presented, said solutions being selected from a heuristic list of possible solutions, then, when the solutions are presented, their feasibility is calculated by using economic performance indicators, then, when the solutions are agreed by both parties, the consultancy team presents options for the implementation of said solutions, options which can include the acquisition of software solutions, the provision of training courses for employees, the request for external support for the implementation process, all the mentioned variants or any combination thereof.</p> |
