A combined mold-pressing paper roll is reeled by a mold-pressing round roll (1) and kraft paper (2). Four arc-shaped mold-pressing plates (3) with the same shape are embedded and connected to make up of the mold-pressing round roll (1), and bond is provided in the embedding-connecting port (4) of the arc-shaped mold-pressing plate (3), the radius of the mold-pressing round roll (1) is the same with that of the arc-shaped mold-pressing plate (3). The mold-pressing round roll (1) is prepared through mixing wood shavings, bamboo shavings, bagasse, straws, and tailings of various waste head or corners with resin, and curing the mixed materials under high-temperature and high-pressure, reducing the destroy to forest resources and favoring for environment protection. As honeycomb grooves are provided in the outer surface of the circular arc-shaped mold-pressing plate, the material consumption is reduced. |
