The tensioning arrangement is connected to an assembly board (2), which is fastened at a wall or inner space of a motor car. The assembly board is manufactured from metal, plastic and timber. The assembly board comprises two passages (3) for fastening the assembly board through screws and bolts (4). The tensioning arrangement comprises two identical tensioning units (9) whose absolute and relative positions are adjusted with respect to each other along an adjusting rail (8). The passages are designed as slots and oblong holes.</p>
