FUSION PROTEIN VACCINE CONTAINING CHOLERA TOXIN B SUBUNIT AND VIRUS ANTIGEN PROTEIN, TRANSGENIC PLANT EXPRESSING CTB FUSION ANTIGEN GENE, AND USES THEREOF

摘要

The present invention relates to a dengue virus vaccine using a fusion antigen protein of cholera toxin B subunit (CTB) and dengue virus antigen protein. A transgenic plant which produces CTB-scEDIII protein can be used for an oral vaccine, wherein the CTB-scEDIII protein is a fusion of CTB and synthetic consensus dengue virus envelope protein domain III; and induces the formation of antibodies which have cross-neutralizing activities against four serotypes of dengue viruses, thereby preventing infection with the four serotypes of dengue viruses.
