The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a hard-coated polarizing plate. More specifically, the manufacturing method of a hard-coated polarizing plate includes the steps of: (a) forming a coating layer on one surface of a cellulose-based resin film by coating the surface with a composition used to form a hard-coating layer; (b) bonding a release film on the coating layer of the cellulose-based resin film; (c) hardening the coating layer bonded to the release film to form a hard-coating layer; (d) blackening the cellulose-based resin film in which the laminated hard-coating layer and the release film are stacked; and (e) bonding a polarizer on the other surface of the blackened cellulose-based resin film.
