PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the work efficiency of an inter-terminal connection work.SOLUTION: A terminal connection component 10 connecting between a first terminal and a second terminal 50, comprises: a restricted member 26 whose rotation to the first terminal 12 is restricted; and a rotation member 30 having a shaft part 31 penetrating through the first terminal 12 and the second terminal 50, and rotatably held at a position where a load is applied to the first terminal 12 and the second terminal 50 by means of a pressing part 32 pressing the first terminal 12 and the second terminal 50 by rotating the shaft part 31.
