Provided are a shunting processing method, and a control unit and system. The method comprises: after a user equipment (UE) accesses a network with a first mode, a control unit (600, 700, 800) acquires first resource state information about the network of the first mode, and second resource state information about at least one network of a second mode having an overlapping area with the network with the first mode, wherein the network with the first mode or the network with the second mode comprises a wireless fidelity (WiFi) network (101); and the control unit (600, 700, 800) determines whether to perform shunting processing on the UE according to the first resource state information and the second resource state information (102). The present invention can provide more wireless network resources for users, optimize the configuration of the wireless network resources, thereby providing the utilization rate of wireless network resources. |
