<p>Disclosed is an apparatus for collecting impurities from a scrap refining system using a noncontact crucible, wherein the apparatus prevents impurity gas generated in the crucible in a refining process from diffusing inside a chamber, and improves collecting efficiency by inducing the impurity gas to be concentrated on a collecting plate. The disclosed apparatus for collecting the impurities from the scrap refining system using the noncontact crucible, and comprises: the vacuum chamber; the crucible positioned inside the vacuum chamber and having an inner wall which does not touch molten metal by the magnetic field of an induction coil in a melting process; the collecting plate positioned at the upper side of the crucible and collecting the impurity gas generated in the melting process; and a gas feeding unit positioned at the lower side of the crucible and forming an air current curtain by jetting reactive gas or inert gas to a space between the inner wall of the crucible and the molten metal.</p> |
