The present invention relates to an improved combustion chamber structure of a pulverized combustion boiler with an integrated boiler which is provided with an integrated combustion chamber and uses purified petroleum coke powder as combustion fuel. A boiler for combusting pulverized petroleum cokes with an integrated combustion chamber provided with a slagging prevention means is provided to form a tube wall inside the combusting chamber and to directly control the temperature of a combusting gas to efficiently reduce the amount of ashes vaporized inside the combusting gas at high temperatures, thereby significantly reducing the effect that the vaporized ashes stick to a screen tube that is the exit of an evaporator. Even when this causes clogging, the boiler can effectively lessen the clogging by making the arrangement of the screen tube into a wide width and making the exit thereof larger. Such a water tube form of a combustion chamber inner wall structure is improved to fundamentally solve the collapse of the refractory structure, to minimize heat loss to the outside by being easy to absorb the heat release, and to control even thermal NOx in a more effective method by setting a congestion section of a combustion gas flow induced by an inner wall of a predetermined portion to an active section of a combustion reaction and by injecting a second external air, thereby solving various problems generated in the pulverized combustion boiler. |
