The present invention provides an apparatus of applying a releasing agent for twin roll casting of a strip. According to the present invention, the applying apparatus incudes an upper casting roll and a lower casting roll which are arranged on an upper part and a lower part to be able to rotate at a certain distance from each other, and produce a strip by rolling a molten material when the molten material is provided therebetween; an upper brush roll and a lower brush roll which are arranged on one side of the upper casting roll and the lower casting roll and are in contact and coupled with the upper casting roll and the lower casting roll to be able to rotate; and an upper nozzle and a lower nozzle which are arranged at a certain distance from the upper brush roll and the lower brush roll, and spray the releasing agent on one surface of the upper brush roll and the lower brush roll.
