PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source control device for vehicle and an image projection device for vehicle which are capable of maintaining satisfactory white balance while suppressing the increase in cost of components, even in the case that the speed of light intensity detection of a light source is increased.SOLUTION: An F/B (feedback) circuit (waveform shaping means) 42 generates an enable signal (shaping signal) Drb which rises after a lighting start timing of a light source 11, from a drive signal D outputted synchronously with a lighting signal when the light source 11 is lit, and a first switch unit (switch means) SW1 can be turned on with a prescribed-time delay after the lighting start of the light source 11 in response to the enable signal (only a light intensity signal L after a prescribed time from the lighting start of the light source 11 out of light intensity signals L is outputted). The F/B circuit 42 adjusts the output intensity of the light source 11 on the basis of a light intensity (Lp) having less noise, which is outputted immediately after the lighting start of the light source 11. |
