PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a point possible to arrive in a cruising possible manner in a period until reaching a destination from a start point.SOLUTION: A device 1 for calculating a cruising possible route of a vehicle is configured to execute: a forward searching process S12 for searching for a first route for travelling in a direction separating from a start point with the start point as a base point on the basis of road map data; an opposite direction searching process S13 for searching for a second route for travelling in a direction approaching the destination with the destination as the base point on the basis if the road map data; and a determination process S14 for determining the cruising possibility toward an object point to be determined. The object point to be determined is a point reachable by the first route from the start point and a point reachable to the destination by the second route. In the determination process S14, the cruising possibility toward the object point to be determined is determined based on the estimation value of a first energy consumption amount when travelling on the first route from the start point to the object point to be determined and the estimation value of a second energy consumption amount when travelling on the second route from the object point to be determined to the destination.
