摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layered ceramic capacitor capable of improving reliability by reducing a possibility to incur a crack or delamination, and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A multi-layered ceramic capacitor comprises: a ceramic element assembly in which a plurality of dielectric layers are laminated; first and second internal electrodes 121 and 122 including first and second main body parts 121a and 122b alternately formed on the plurality of dielectric layers 111 and overlapped with each other and first and second lead parts 121a and 122a having regions overlapped with each other and formed by extending from one-side surfaces of the first and second main body parts so as to be exposed via one surface of the ceramic element assembly; first and second external electrodes formed on one surface of the ceramic element assembly and electrically connected to the first and second lead parts, respectively; and an insulation layer formed on one surface of the ceramic element assembly so as to cover a portion where the first and second lead parts are exposed. Inner connection portions 121c, 122c between the first and second main body parts and the first and second lead parts include concave curved surfaces.</p>
