The present invention relates to a testing device for a flat display device enabling accurate testing of display panels and reducing the testing time and error rate by measuring contact resistance during a lighting test and converting the measured contact resistance value to determine a faulty product. The testing device for a flat display device according to the present invention includes: a display panel with a flexible circuit connected to a pad unit and a contact resistance measuring terminal on the flexible circuit; a connector which is arranged on an end of the mounting unit to connect to the end unit of the flexible circuit; a first testing unit generating a first testing signal and supplying the signal to the connector; a probe connected to the measuring terminal; and a second testing unit which generates a second testing signal and supplying the signal to the probe. |
