A method for fabricating a solar cell according to an embodiment comprises steps of forming a rear electrode layer on a substrate; forming a light absorption layer on the rear electrode layer; forming a buffer layer on the light absorption layer; forming a second through hole on the buffer layer; forming a front electrode layer on the buffer layer; and forming a third through hole on the front electrode layer, wherein the step of forming the third through hole includes a step of irradiating the front electrode layer with laser to penetrate through the front electrode layer, the buffer layer, and the light absorption layer, and the laser is emitted at a distance by 10 to 20 μm from an end of the second through hole, and a spot size of the laser is 5 to 10 μm. |
