The present invention relates to a synthesizing method of a one-dimensional carbon nanofiber, the synthesizing method including the steps of: forming, on a substrate, a catalyst layer containing at least one of gold catalyst and platinum catalyst; and growing the one-dimensional carbon nanofiber, wherein CBr_4 gas is forced to flow on the substrate where the catalyst layer is formed and the growing temperature is set at a low temperature 350°C to 400°C.
