摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a flexible organic electro-luminescence light emitting device and a method for fabricating the same. The flexible organic electro-luminescence light emitting device includes a substrate defined by a display region having a plurality of pixel regions and a non-display region formed around the display region; a plurality of thin film transistors formed on the pixel region and the non-display region of the substrate; a planarization layer formed on the entire surface of the substrate including the thin film transistor and including at least one concave pattern with a curvature diameter; a first electrode formed on the planarization layer and connected to the thin film transistor of the display region; a bank formed around each pixel region of the substrate including the first electrode; an organic light emitting layer separately formed by pixel regions on the first electrode; a second electrode formed on the entire surface of the substrate including the organic light emitting layer; a first passivation layer formed on the entire surface of the substrate including the second electrode; an organic layer on the first passivation layer; a second passivation layer on the organic layer and the first passivation layer; a protective film facing the substrate; and an adhesive member interposed between the substrate and the protective film to attach the protective film to the substrate, thereby forming a shape of a panel.</p>
