PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience in chat application.SOLUTION: A terminal device (100) transmits and receives information among a plurality of users. In the terminal device (100), a generation section (151) associates the information transmitted by a user, each of output information indicating information outputted by one or a plurality of output sections, and time information specified by the user with one another to generate output timing information. A transmission section (152) transmits the output timing information generated by the generation section (151) to an external device. A reception section (153) receives the output timing information transmitted from the external device. An output control section (155) controls the output section so as to output each of the output information included in the output timing information received by the reception section (153) at the timing according to corresponded time information.
