PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copper alloy plate excellent in terms of strength, electroconductivity, and flexural workability.SOLUTION: The copper alloy of the present invention is a copper alloy comprising: Cr: 0.10-0.50%; Ti: 0.010-0.30%; and Si: 0.01-0.10% and having the following characteristics: the mass ratio of the Cr and the Ti and the mass ratio of the Cr and the Si are expressed respectively by 1.0≤(Cr/Ti)≤30 and 3.0≤(Cr/Si)≤30 while the balance thereof consists of copper and inevitable impurities; the number of deposits having circle-equivalent diameters of 5 nm or less within a 500 nm×500 nm region observed on the surface of the copper alloy via a transmission electron microscope (TEM) is 200 or less. |
