The present invention provides a cap assembly comprising a top cap which is coupled to the opened upper end of a battery case in which an electrode assembly including an anode, a cathode, and an isolation layer interposed between the anode and the cathode and has a linear uneven part on the upper surface or the lower surface; a protruding terminal which protrudes to the outside by being connected to an electrode of the electrode assembly and is mounted on the top cap; and a gasket which is interposed on an interface between the top cap and the protruding terminal to maintain electrical insulation of the protruding terminal against the top cap.
