The present invention relates to an apparatus for mass-producing metal nanofluid and metal nanoparticles using an evaporation method and a manufacturing method thereof enabling various applications on a field of a solder material which has the low plastic temperature or metal ink which has the excellent electrical conductivity by using alloy nanoparticles. The present invention includes: a vacuum chamber, a spraying means forming an oil film by spraying base fluid to the upper part of the inside of the vacuum chamber; a storage container accommodating metal nanoparticles generated by the oil film in the vacuum chamber; and a circulation cooling apparatus cooling the vacuum chamber and the storage container. According to the apparatus for manufacturing nanoparticles and a method for manufacturing the same capable of mass-producing the metal nanofluid and the nanoparticles as above, a structure of supplying the circulation type fluid is provided, thereby continuously manufacturing a large amount of nanofluid.
